CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Because our jewellery is handmade, limited edition, and carefully curated, we follow a strict but fair policy to maintain product integrity and hygiene standards.
Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and paid for.
- Cancellation requests may be considered only if approved by us in writing before dispatch.
Returns
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preferences
- Colour or size perception differences
- Last-minute event changes
Due to the exclusive and handcrafted nature of our jewellery, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
To raise a claim, you must provide:
- An unboxing video (starting before opening the package)
- Clear photos of the product
- Order details
Requests without an unboxing video cannot be processed.
After verification, we will offer:
- Replacement (subject to availability), OR Refund
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
- Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after approval.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
