Expressions By Annette is a brand offering handmade and curated jewellery featuring Swarovski crystals, Swarovski beads/pearls, gemstones, pearls and beads.  Our products are sold via our official website, Instagram and WhatsApp.

2.  Use of the Website

  • You must be at least 18 years or or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use this website.
  • You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to access its backend systems.
  • You may not use our site to engage in any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity

  • Each jewellery piece is handmade or handpicked, and slight variations may occur in colour, finish, or design - this adds to their uniqueness.
  • We strive for accuracy in descriptions and photos, but actual colours may vary slightly due to screen differences
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed orders

4.  Orders and Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
  • We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, and secure payment gateways
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled unless approved by us in writing
  • Bulk orders require advance payment and may have different timelines.

5.  Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship across India using trusted courier partners
  • Standard delivery time is 3-7 working days, depending on location.
  • Shipping fees, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by external factors like courier issues or strikes,

6.  Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the exclusive and handmade nature of our products, especially those from the Founder's Bead Board Collections, we do not offer returns unless the item is damaged or defective upon delivery.  This will have to be documented by an unboxing video.
  • To report a damaged product, contact us within 24 hours of receipt with clear photos and an unboxing video.
  • We do not accept exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
  • Approved refunds (for damaged items) will be processed via original payment method within 7-10 business days.

7.  Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, images, logos, and product names on this website are the intellectual property of Expressions By Annette
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our brand without written permission

8.  Promotions & Discounts

  • Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise
  • Sale Items are non-refundable and non-returnable
  • Promotional offers may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice

9.  Limitation of Liability

  • Expressions By Annette is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products
  • Jewellery should be kept away from water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.  We are not responsible for damage due to improper handling or storage of our products.
