CASH ON DELIVERY POLICY

We offer Cash On Delivery (COD) as an additional convenience for customers who prefer paying at the time of delivery.

Availability:

• COD is available for most locations serviced by our courier partners.
• COD is available only for orders valued upto Rs.2500/- to reduce high-value risks.
• COD eligibility depends on the customer's pincode serviceability.

COD Fee:

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a Rs.150/- COD processing fee applies.
• This fee confirms your order and covers handling and shipping costs.

Order Confirmation:

• Please reconfirm your COD order on WhatsApp on 7738844390.  In case the COD order is not confirmed by the customer within 5 days, the order is automatically cancelled and the customer has to contact us for a reorder.
• All COD orders must provide a valid mobile number and full address.
• Our courier partner may call before delivery.
• Orders where the customer is unreachable may be cancelled.

Non-Delivery/Refusal:

• If a customer refuses delivery or is unreachable, the order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin)
• Future COD orders may be disabled for customers with repeated refusals.

Reattempts:

• Couriers generally attempt delivery 2-3 times.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

Returns & Refunds for COD Orders:

• COD orders are not eligible for refunds in cash.
• For approved refunds, a bank transfer will be done after collecting bank details.
